Honestly I did not expect much going into the sessions. But I was wrong. I think I had very little understanding of how such sessions would go, but Shihui changed my impression. First of all, she was very friendly and was able to keep the conversation going. This was important as it made me feel comfortable to share sensitive information. Secondly, she was very thorough in her advice and anticipated any potential queries I had. It felt really good that my concerns were anticipated and adequately addressed. There are a few things one expects from one’s financial consultant. For one, he or she must be friendly and approachable. He or she must also be meticulous and be able to think a few steps ahead in order to foresee any potential problems. Shihui ticks all of these boxes and I was pleasantly surprised. Previously I had no idea how such sessions would turn out but my expectations were surpassed. Shihui was very informative and yet I did not feel that she was pushy at all, which was what I previously feared. Honestly speaking, all along I did not trust insurance agents and financial consultants because I felt that they just wanted to earn our money, but Shi Hui changed my opinion after getting to know her.
